1、Floor Planning
Firstly, field study will be conducted by our designers to investigate the local market and competition. Then the client’s operation demand and design requirement will be taken into account when determining the function layout and interior style. Such floor plan becomes the basis for the design work that follows.
2、Design Concept
The design concept usually stems from the research on the local humanistic history and regional characteristics of the project location. We intend to bring unusual, comfortable and refined spatial experiences to our clients in each of our projects. In order to achieve this we blend various elements related to the design style into color assortment, material selection, furniture and artworks design and elevational drawings. Finally the design concept is demonstrated in a thorough and visual way through a series of design renderings.
3、Design Development
The key of design development lies in the refinement and perfection of design concept, which will be concretized in the form of standard and specified construction drawings. In order to achieve the above goal, the designers of various majors in the project team need to work closely and coordinate with each other while completing their assignments in the respective fields that they specialize in.
4、Project Implementation
In this stage, our designers conduct regular site visits to examine the construction progress and to ensure the construction work is executed in strict accordance with our design plan. In order to ensure the final result and quality, during the construction process all the selection and change of materials, the design development of furniture and light fitting, artworks and signs as well as adjustment and change of site scheme must be submitted to CMD for confirmation and approval.
